• To display your tribute on the wall (name and city are optional and shown publicly)
• To send you a purchase confirmation email
• To send occasional updates if you joined our mailing list (you can unsubscribe any time)

What we don't do

• We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties
• We do not run ads or tracking pixels

Payments are processed by Stripe. Their privacy policy governs how they handle your payment data.

By purchasing a tribute, you agree to the following.

What you're buying

A digital tribute tile displayed on the America First Tributes public wall. This is a digital display product — no physical item is shipped.

Your content

You retain ownership of the text you submit. By submitting it, you grant America First Tributes a license to display it on the website indefinitely. You confirm the content is your own original words and does not infringe any third-party rights.

Age requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to make a purchase.

Our rights

We reserve the right to remove any tribute at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violations of our Content Policy. Removal of a tribute does not entitle you to a refund except at our sole discretion.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided "as is." We make no guarantees of uptime, availability, or that the wall will remain online indefinitely.

Not affiliated

America First Tributes is an independent fan site and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Donald J. Trump, the Trump Organization, or any political campaign or committee.

All sales are final.

Because tributes are personalized digital products that are created and published immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds.

If your tribute was removed due to a content violation, a refund may be issued at our sole discretion. Contact us at info@saxonenterprises.net if you have a concern.

We love free expression, but we do have a few rules to keep the wall civil and family-friendly.

Not allowed

• Profanity, slurs, or obscene language
• Threats of violence or harassment targeting any individual or group
• Spam, advertising, or promotional content unrelated to tributes
• Content that is defamatory, fraudulent, or illegal

Enforcement

Tributes are automatically screened at purchase. Some are held for manual review. We reserve the right to remove any tribute without notice.
